Julius Veal was born in the United States in 1887 and died in 1966. He served in the military during World War I, and graduated from Dartmouth College in 1920. He began his writing career at the age of twenty-three as a newspaper columnist in New Hampshire. Veal's first book, "The Book of Life," was published in 1931
He is best known for his books "The Green Path," "The Golden Path," and "The True Way."
